I'm supporting a partner and we are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager or an experienced Pharmacist looking to step into management to join their team in a thriving Didcot pharmacy.

As a Pharmacist Manager, your duties will include -
- Overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to GPhC regulations and high-quality patient care.
- Leading, motivating, and developing your pharmacy team for optimal performance.
- Managing stock control and procurement to guarantee efficient medication availability.
- Contributing to the pharmacy's financial targets and service delivery goals.
- Building strong relationships with patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
