About the Role:
My client is seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacist to join their growing team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the pharmacy, while providing exceptional leadership and mentorship to our team of pharmacists and technicians.
Role: Lead Pharmacist
Salary: 65k + Discretionary bonus
Location: Greater London
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring adherence to all regulations and best practices.
- Lead and mentor the pharmacy team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure efficient stock control.
- Deliver medication reviews and consultations to patients, optimizing their medication use and adherence.
- Stay up to date on the latest medications and pharmacy practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new pharmacy initiatives.
Requirements of the role:
- Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC.
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a Community Pharmacy setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for patient care and medication optimisation.
