We are looking for a passionate and motivated Pharmacist who is looking to make the step into Management to join our partners friendly team in Bradford. As a key member of their business, you'll play a vital role in providing expert advice and medication to their patients, alongside the opportunity to contribute to their additional pharmacy services.
You will have full autonomy in all business matters whilst having the full backing and support from the Directors.
THIS IS A PERFECT POSITION FOR A PHARMACIST LOOKING TO MAKE THE STEP INTO MANAGEMENT
What you'll do -
- Be responsible and oversee the day to day operation of the Pharmacy to include financial and staffing
- Maintain existing and build new relationships
- Conduct medication reviews and consultations with patients
- Support the team in dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Provide advice on over-the-counter medication and healthcare concerns
- Build relationships with patients and the wider healthcare community
- Complete additional pharmacy services, such as flu vaccinations, smoking cessation support, and medication management for chronic conditions
What you'll bring -
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Minimum of 2 year's experience as a community pharmacist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for patient care and a commitment to public health
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience or willingness to be trained in delivering additional pharmacy services
